Position: Sr.Executive/Asst.Manager ( Utility & Maintenance)

Education: BSC in EEE/Graduate

Salary : Market Standard

Job Location: DEPZ.

👉 Job Responsibility

👉 Electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLD, LPS, ELD) per Accord, Alliance, RSC, BNBC, BS, and NFPA standards.

👉 Optimize energy (power, water, air, diesel, steam) usage and utility consumption through reporting.

👉 Manage cutting unit with 6 auto cutters, spreader, relaxation, inspection, fusing machines, and more.

👉 Install and repair various electrical machines; oversee printing unit to M&S standards.

👉 Install and maintain 1000 kW Diesel Generator, REB power plants, and air compressors.

👉 Maintain sewing machines with corrective and preventive maintenance.

👉 Develop SOPs for the Maintenance department to comply with audits and buyer requirements.

👉 Handle Lightning Protection System (LPS) and factory electrification.

👉 Prepare the annual budget for Maintenance & Utility departments.

👉 Schedule spare parts and maintain inventory for machines.

👉 Lead and manage electrician teams effectively.

👉 Analyze maintenance schedules and solve problems with suppliers and management.

👉 Minimize machine breakdowns and reduce repair times.

👉 Troubleshoot and maintain fire detection and protection systems.

👉 Operate 40 D1CD Molding Machines and 1 BMC800 CNC Machine.
