An apparent RMG industry is seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager/Sr. Manager to oversee all Human Resources operations.


Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

•Manage the recruitment and selection process.

•Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

•Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

•Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

•Maintain compensation and benefits and reword management.

•Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

•Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.


Experience and Requirements:

•Proven 8-10 Years of experience as an HR Manager or Sr. Manager Roles.

•Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

•In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Act, Rules and HR best practices.


Preferred Qualifications:

•Post Graduation in HRM

•PGD in HRM will add value.
