 Job Title: Production Manager

Company: Mainland Development (BD) Co. Ltd.

Location: Baghbari Madrasah Bazar, Kashimpur, Gazipur, Bangladesh

  Vacancy: 02 Persons

Responsibilities:

·       Manage and supervise the daily production activities to meet targets.

·       Ensure that production processes are optimized for efficiency and quality.

·       Monitor and control production costs, including raw materials and labor.

·       Coordinate with other departments, such as quality control and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.

·       Train and mentor production staff to improve performance and productivity.

·       Implement safety and compliance standards in the production area.

·       Troubleshoot any production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

·       Maintain production records and prepare regular reports for management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Production Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the packbag industry.

Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in using production management software (ERP) and tools.
