*Execute the full-cycle recruitment process
*Maintain attendance & leave Management.
*Prepare yearly increment, promotion letter and letter for appreciation.
*Look after Employee Relations affairs, including staff discipline and grievances.
*Assisting in the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
*Assist Performance appraisal process.
*Any other task assigned by the management
