Urgent Recruitment Position: Manager Department: Customer Care Services Experience: 10-12 Years Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A master's degree will be advantageous. Job Responsibilities: • Supervise and lead the hospital admissions and front desk operations, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional service delivery. • Oversee duty managers' work, ensuring adherence to protocols and efficient handling of day-to-day activities. • Manage and enhance floor customer care services, ensuring a positive experience for both in-patient (IPD) and out-patient (OPD) visitors. • Collect feedback from patients and their attendants to address concerns, suggestions, and requirements promptly. • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer care experiences and satisfaction levels. • Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality customer service. • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve customer care-related issues effectively. Additional Requirements • Age 40 to 45 years • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a hospital/healthcare setting. • Proven track record in supervising admission processes, front desk operations, and customer care services. • Experience in collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve service quality. • Exceptional leadership and managerial skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant customer service software Location: Dhaka Salary & Others: As per company policy
